Simply wait until all of the auctions are ended. Complete the checkout from the most recent email that you received from us. Once you click on the combine function in our checkout system it will calculate the postage discounts automatically. Please do NOT checkout individually if you wish to have your items combined this process can not be reversed by this site's system . You will NOT recieve your discount on the postage if this process is not done correctly we are unable to make any exceptions

5 Question : Refunds?


We guarantee everything you buy from us to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship. If you're not completely satisfied with any product purchased from us, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will exchange it, replace it or refund your money at our option. Merchandise must be shipped insured in original packaging with all paperwork. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee and exclude shipping fees.


6 Question : Is this item Hollow, Copper Filled, or Solid ?

Please we ask you to take your time in reading the details of the items
before bidding on our auctions as our descriptions will always tell you wether a item is hollow ,Copper filled or solid right threw .Please note hollow items example some bangles are made hollow to keep the weight down and prone to dent much easier than then solid bangles but do have the same look of a solid bangle ,only are much cheaper due to the weight difference


7 Question : Do we offer resize or engraving?

We do not size, extend, or engrave any type of jewellery example rings bracelets ,all items are sold as is so please read description carefully as size and length are stated clearly. Please note bangles are sold with an inside diameter in description, size can be approximately determined by multiply inside diameter to 3.14 Giving you a circumference which then you can use to measure your wrist size with and get a good idea with the bangle will fit you .
8 Question : Will this baby / children's jewellery fit my baby / child ?

Baby /children's jewellery is made specifically for baby /children's but because of all the many different builds of for example a baby's we don't like to put an age of what jewellery will fit a certain age bracket . We ask that you make your own investigation into what size will fit your baby so please once again please take note of description as this will be the best way for you to determine what will best fit your baby/child A handy hint in determining a size of a bangle for example is if your wrist or your child's wrist measures 20cm multiply this by approximately 3 which will give you the inside diameter of the bangle which in this case will be 6cm or 60.mm


9 Question : Will this item change colour ?

With all metals gold and silver are prone to a little tarnishing with time also perfume and acid in a persons skin may increase chance of tarnishing ,so please always try to keep your jewellery clean as this will keep it looking shinning and new .


10 Question : Is this new or second hand ?

We only sell brand new jewellery we don't deal in second hand goods


11 Question : There appears to be a black mark on the jewellery ?

In some photos there may be a reflection of the camera no jewellery sent out has black marks


12 Question : Your description does not match what we have received ?

If for some reason you have received an item that does not match the description 100% . We will either refund the full cost of the item including the postage cost or replace the item including a refund for the postages cost in sending the item back


13 Question : I have received a faulty item ?

If for some reason you were to receive an item which is faulty we will refund the item and its postages cost or resend a replacement item also including a refund for returning the faulty item .


14 Question : Do you have warranty ?

We do have a warranty that basically last for 14 days so if for some reason an item you have bought has broken or is faulty due to the manufacturing of the item . We will replace the item or give you a full refund .if item is out of stock . Please find if we examine the item on the return and find it was damaged due to your doing we will not refund the item


15 Question : Is GST included in the final bid price ?

Yes final bid / buy price on this site is inclusive of the GST .Once item has been paid for you will be sent out a tax invoice via email before shipping of the parcel .


16 Question : Do you combine & how much do you charge ?

Yes we do combine items , please refer back to listing for the shipping rate for that particular item . Please note you are required to wait for all your items to end and then go into the most recent email and go into the CHECKOUT function .There you will find a function that say's COMBINE please click on the combine function which will automatically combine your items and work out you discount on postage . Very important that to take advantage of the combining function you must pay for your items at the one time ,you must use the same USER ID and you can only and must only use the checkout function only on the very last item you have won and then go threw and combine and finalise your checkout . This site's system does not allow for us to reverse this function so if you checkout individually you will need to pay for the item individually and will not receive a discount on your postage . Please note we are unable to make any exceptions .


17 Question : I wish to have my parcel sent to an address other than the one I have registered with this site?

Yes we are able to send a parcel to an address other than the one you have registered with this site. You will basically need to go threw the CHECKOUT function were you will be able to change the address of whom you wish to parcel to be sent to .Please find once the item is paid for we will automatically send parcels out to address that shows in the checkout .


18 Question : I have paid for an item but have still not received it ?

Basically if you have paid for an item and have not received your parcel in a reasonable amount of time it could be of two reasons .The first is that we haven't been able to identify your payment in which this case you will need to verify all your details such as amount deposited , date of payment , method of payment , user id , item number , and your banks BSB number . The second reason is that your parcel has been misplaced or gone missing in this case we ask you drop us an email and well do a trace on your parcel as all parcel we send out with a tracking number .Please then allow Australia Post 14 days to investigate the status of your parcel


19 Question : I have made a over the counter deposit at bank and am not sure if you Have received my payment ?

If you are making an over the counter deposit at your bank you would usually need to email us on the FOLLOWING DAY of your deposit with the amount item number , your user's ID and your banks BSB number as we usually don't receive any details with over the counter payments so for this reason we ask for your banks BSB number as well once your details have showed up on our account we can then verify your payment and mark your item as paid and send goods off


20 Question : Are all of your diamonds & Gem stones real?

Yes all of our diamonds & Gem stones listed in auctions are genuine diamonds & Gem stones unless listed otherwise certificate of authenticity can be arranged by independent jewellery valuer at an extra cost of $33.00 per valuation


21 Question : Do you provide valuations ?

Yes we do provide valuations on our items and not mattering how large or small the item each item cost $33.00 per valuation . The cost of the valuation is basically this because we understand that you would be wanting a independent valuer to look at the item and get a 3rd parties professional opinion of what they think the item is and is worth . So this is not done in house we send the item off to be valued you would then receive a certificate in your name stating what the item is and what its valued at this process usually take an extra 3 days to the delivery time .


22 Question : I have entered a wrong amount in my bid ?

This site has a function for retracting bids we don't interfere in bidding so you will be asked to go into this function and retract your bid


23 Question : When will I receive feedback ?

You will receive our feedback only once you have left your feedback to us ,basically we have an automated system so all positive feedback will be responded to in a positive manner .Negative or neutrals feedback will be go under investigations to determine why this sale was not processed in a positive manner and then responded to accordingly


24 Question : After payment is received by ejewellery gallery when will my order be Shipped ?

Orders normally are sent out within 5 to 7 business day of receiving payment After you make your payment you will receive an email indicating that the payment has been received , you will also receive a tax invoice and a tracking number of the parcel which is been sent

 
25   Question : Why we don't answer some emails?

Basically we receive hundreds of emails a day and to give the best possible customer service if your questions has already been answered in our FAQ we ask that you kindly take the time to please search the FAQ for the answer to your query


26    Question : Can I pick up the item?

Unfortunately because of security risks and the safety to our stuff we don't have a pick up facility and only send items out via post


27   Question: Why are the pictures enlarged on your auctions?

We take all of our own pictures and we try to offer multiple pictures and angles so you can see what you are bidding on. Please note that pictures are enlarged so you can view the detail of the item. The actual size of the jewellery is listed in the item description. If you feel that the auction picture does not depict the jewellery being auctioned, please email us and we will be glad to provide you additional information on the item. Props used in photos are not included with the item. This includes jewellery boxes, mannequins, ring stands, etc


28 Question : What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?


We try diligently to minimize problems and take care of our customer issues. We ask that you contact us by email or phone before leaving feedback. Most problems are easily and quickly resolved before feedback is left. Remember that it is always best to withhold your feedback until all issues are resolved. Feedback is essential for both parties and should be used wisely and fairly.


29  Question : What do the stamping on your jewellery mean .925,9ct,10ct,14ct,18ct?

We only sell fine jewellery meaning WE DO NOT SELL FAKE JEWELLERY all of our jewellery is either stamped the following stamps which are
International Stamp of authenticity stating the carat of the metal used in making these items of jewellery

*STERLING SILVER which its international stamp is .925 (meaning there are 925 parts of fine silver to every 1000 parts of alloy in making up sterling silver)

*9CT GOLD which its international stamp is .375, 9ct, or 9kt depending on different
Manufacturer's preferences ( meaning there are 375 parts of fine gold to every 1000 parts of alloy which is used in making up 9ct gold
9ct gold contains 37.5% pure gold (375 parts per thousand parts)

*14CT GOLD  which its international stamp is .585, 14ct, or 14kt depending on different
Manufacturer's preferences ( meaning there are 585 parts of fine gold to every 1000 parts of alloy which is used in making up 14ct gold 14ct gold contains 58.5% pre gold (585 parts per thousand parts)

*18CT GOLD which its international stamp is 750, 18ct or 18kt depending on the
Manufacturer's preferences ( meaning there are 750 parts of fine gold to every 1000 parts of alloy which is used in making up 18ct gold ) 18ct gold contains 75% pure gold (750 parts per thousand parts)

The remainder of the metals is made up of a combination of alloys, different metals which can help to give the metal its unique appearance, such as a different color.

Other gold carats are used in different parts of the world including 10ct, 22ct and 24ct. It is generally considered that 22ct and 24ct gold are too soft to be used to make jewellery.

10ct gold (417 parts pure gold per thousand parts) is very similar to 9ct gold and the reason why some countries use 9ct and other countries use 10ct


30 Question : what is your reserve price ?

Yes I'm sorry but basically we don't give out reserves as we don't think its fair to other buyers basically we ask that you bid up to what ever you feel comfortable and hopefully this will win you the item


31 Question  What are Dutch Auctions/Multiple-Item Auctions

We sell identical items in auction-style format, this can aslo be know as  multiple-item auction format (also known as a Dutch Auction). In this format,  we set the quantity and starting price for the items. Keep in mind that all winning bidders pay the bid price of the lowest winning bidder in the group. All winning bidders pay the same price: the lowest successful bid. If there are more buyers than items, the earliest successful bids get the items. Higher bidders get the quantities they've asked for


32 Question : What are your postage charges ?

You can locate your shipping charge at the bottom of the listing description under Postage and Handling Please click on the country you wish to send your itm to and it will show you our postage cost to that country

 

33 Question : What does RRP on your item description mean ?

Recommend retail price is the price this item would more or less retail for in a jewellery store yes a lot of jewellery store do give discounts on there recommended retail price as we do too.
we encourage you to do as much home work as possible exspecially when buying expensive items .Please take into account the carat of the metal your comparing with the weight of the item as gold & silver are price out on mainly the weight of an item
 
34 Question  :Do you  Exchange ?
Due to our limited supply, we do not offer exchanges. Sometimes we have more than one item of the exact same design available. You are welcome to bid on that item but we can not simply de-list the item and send it to you
