How to Order

Simply click on items to view product details and then click on ‘Buy it Now’ button and follow payment instructions.

Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours where possible, this may be longer in busy periods/bank holidays etc. As a guide only, please allow 3-5 days for UK delivery.

UK – Paypal, All major credit and debit cards, or Bank Transfer.

Non UK – Paypal, All major credit and debit cards, or Bank Transfer in GBP £ POUNDS STERLING ONLY!

Postage - ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE PRICED DELIVERED UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED TO ENGLAND, WALES AND SCOTLAND.

All deliveries will be dispatched using Royal Mail or Parcel Force 48UK

Returns Policy

"ei-Packaging" fully comply with all legal requirements under both the Sale of Goods Act & the Distance Selling Regulations.

In the UK you have rights under the Distance Selling Regulations with regards to Internet shopping. See the website at www.dti.gov.uk for more information.

At "ei-Packaging" we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged, simply return the item and a replacement will be mailed out within two working days of receipt, free of charge.

If you are returning goods that are not faulty or damaged, they MUST be returned AS NEW and UNUSED (i.e. in the condition you received them), with the ORIGINAL PACKAGING within 7 days of receipt for full refund. YOU are responsible for return shipping costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your order is lost in the post we will send you a statement to sign for non delivery to enable us to start an investigation and claim with Royal Mail who may also contact you regarding this. We will obtain a Certificate of Posting for your order unless you have chosen another form of trackable means. Royal Mail do not consider an item missing until 15 working days after dispatch and therefore we will not be able to start an investigation until this time has elapsed.

All Returns

You MUST contact "ei-Packaging" by email first on ebay@ei-packaging.com before returning your item. We recommend a recordable means of delivery for all returns as items will NOT be exchanged or refunded until receipt.

ALL REFUNDS ARE GIVEN BY THE SAME METHOD OF PAYMENT ie if you pay by paypal we will refund by paypal - no exceptions.

Additional Information

Items undelivered and not collected from your post office will be returned to us and may result in additional P&P charges to repost.

All orders will be delivered to the registered cardholders address or, in the case of bank transfer/postal orders, the address given on your order.  Customers must make sure these details are correct, "ei-Packaging" will not accept responsibility for additional delivery costs after return due to incorrect address details on checkout, these redelivery costs will be the customers responsibility.

Your Privacy

We will not share any of your details with ANYONE, information we hold will only be used to complete the transaction and all information we hold is available to you for inspection on request. We will only contact you for marketing purposes should you subscribe to our newsletter you may unsubscibe at anytime please mail us and we will remove your address from our mailing list.

"ei-Packaging" do not use 'cookies' and conforms with the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003.
