You have up to 7 days to confirm in writing, fax or post that you do not want the product in order to qualify a full refund. Any postage costs incurred by you when returning the item are non-refundable.
Should you wish to exchange your item outside of this 7-day period you may do so provided the item has not been worn, damaged or removed from any outer packaging it may have been shipped in, and is in a resell able condition. Although this is true for the majority of products available from our site, we are unable to accept exchanges on items including underwear and lingerie once they have left our care for hygiene reasons. If you return your item to us for an exchange and it is found not to be in a suitable condition to qualify, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

If the item is not as described, damaged or incorrect item has been received we will refund postage cost of the item to be sent back to us via 1st class recorded delivery and also the postage cost that you paid.
