Royal Mail Postage Increase - 2 April 2013 - Royal Mail has now introduced small and medium size parcels resulting in significantly increased postage charges from between 50% and 120%!  I have very reluctancly increased my charges accordingly.  For example the cheapest UK postage for a cup and saucer has increased from £2.20 to £5.20 and for a heavier item weighing up to 2Kg from £5.30 to £8.00.  I can only apologise for the increased postage costs over which I have no control.

Combined Postage - we give combined postage for multiple items, either at time of purchase or as a refund after despatch (we do this automatically)

International Sales - we are happy to quote postage world-wide.  We send standard Royal Mail airmail unless you ask for a different service (this is NOT a tracked service, is not 'signed for', and does not give 'guaranteed' delivery times - these services are available but are significantly more expensive).
