Shipping
- All products are shipped from our Sydney store.
- Your items will be processed within 24-48 hours when full payment is received and confirmed. Please make sure that your eBay address and Paypal address are consistant and correct before completing your payment as we only ship item to your register checkout address. A re-delivery fee would be charged if your delivery is incorrect.
- We strongly recommend for the buyer to purchase insurance as we cannot be held accountable for uninsured goods that are lost, damaged or stolen through Australia Post.
- We would not be responsible for estimated delivery times and will not be held liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise due to delivery issues.

Please contact us either by email or by calling us at least 24 hours prior to pick-up. Once we have all the details we need, we will send you an email confirmation. Please print this out and bring it with you, as well as your personal ID card.
Non-handset products under $100 in value will incur a $5 pick-up fee, otherwise a flat $10. All mobile handsets and LCDs will incur a non-negotiable flat $10 pick-up fee.
Express Post ETA
Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery, not including weekends and public holidays.
We are very happy to provide you with your parcels tracking number upon request.
We send all of our parcels via express post with tracking, and we send all bulky items via courier, so they will require a signature on delivery. If nobody is in attendance they will be diverted to your local Post Office. We are happy to mark your parcel as ATL (or Authority to leave). Please consider the risk of your parcel being stolen if you decide to choose this.
