Easylife is a perfect example of how to offer returns easily. Before ordering, I was told - if it doesn't fit properly, just return it for a complete refund, and that is what I did - with the return label they provided, and I paid for postage. It was tracked, and I when they received it, I was notified, and within 3 days, my money was refunded--in full, minus postage. A small price to pay, for absolutely first class service. Excellent thank you very much! Very fast delivery! My Dad gave me one of these talking watches just after my mother died and a few years before he died. I knew if it ever stopped talking I would be upset, as another link with him would cease. It stopped mid sentence about a week ago. So the decision was made to get another one to keep the voice going. The first one still works, it just doesn't talk. The voice box lasted about nine years. So thank you again. NC.
