Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 working day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail or Courier depending on the size/weight with a tracking and drop-off signature.

Shipping fees includes handling, packing and postage. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total size/weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order as we cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each item.

Getting your refund: Once your items are received back they will be inspected, and when approved, credit will be arranged. This process typically takes between 2-5 days (it may take up to a further 7 working days for your bank to show the credit in your account) Please wait for a full 14 days after we have received your part to chase up a credit


Electrical Parts

Electrical Parts come with a 7 days warranty from the day you have received the item and in the most unlikely event if the item fails within seven days we will only exchange the parts.

Mechanical Parts

Mechanical parts come with a guarantee / warranty of 30 days from the date of purchase. Only the parts listed on your invoice / receipt are covered by the warranty.

All engines must be fitted with a new timing belt / chain, water pump, oil filter, thermostat, spark plugs and filled with new (correct grading) oil upon installation. Failure to follow these PROCEDURES will result in the guarantee / warranty being rendered NULL and VOID.

If previous overheating has been experienced a new/reconditioned radiator must be fitted when the engine is replaced. Proper oil and coolant levels must be maintained at all times for warranty to be valid. If Heat Tabs have been melted, tampered with, damaged, or are missing then warranty will be deemed void.

Cylinder heads and Engines holds warrenty against cracks, excessive smoking, bad cam or crankshafts and to be in good running order unless otherwise stated.

Please ensure all gearboxes are filled with new (correct grading) oil upon installation.

No part should be altered, modified or dismantled in any way without prior permission from EASY CARPARTS LTD. Failure to comply with these will invalidate your warranty.

All warranty installations must be carried out by a certified/reputable fitter as improper installation will void this warranty and all claims must be presented within the time scale stated for the warranty to be valid.

Return Policy

Buyers have a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery within which they can return the item.

Items Incorrectly Ordered

Items incorrectly ordered or no longer required, the buyer is responsible for all postage costs and a minimum handling charge of 20% will be applied.

In the rare occasion if we have sent an incorrect item or if there is an error in our listing we will be responsible for all the shipping costs.


We will exchange or refund faulty parts with the exception of electrical goods which will only be exchanged. Please check goods on receipt and do NOT sign for if damaged.

Faulty/damaged goods must be notified within 24 hours of receipt otherwise no refunds will be given. In the event of a part supplied is proved to be incorrect or faulty upon fitting you must notify EASY CARPARTS LTD within 48 hours.

Refunds are only made upon the RETURN of the goods to EASY CARPARTS LTD premises.

Before returning ANY parts, it must be approved by a member of customer service team. Who will give you a ‘RETURNS AUTHORISATION NUMBER’ – Any parts returned WITHOUT this will be rejected by our warehouse, and will result in a delay.

Getting your part to us

Make sure you pack the item safely and securely, and ensure the RETURN NUMBER is clearly marked on the outside of the box. Please ensure a copy of the original invoice is supplied inside the box.


Terms & Condition

The parts we sell are second-hand and, as such, these parts will have small marks on them from every day in use ie: stone chips. These minor blemishes/scratches will not be pointed out but any marks we consider significant will always be listed in the description.

It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the parts bought are for their particular vehicle/model, however, if we are notified within 72 hours of purchase for any incorrectly fitting part we will attempt to replace it for another part in similar condition.

30 days warranty covers the replacement/refund of parts only, runs from the date of purchase, is void without proof of purchase and does NOT cover labour costs. We do not accept responsibilities for damage to the said part or any vehicle to which it is fitted or to any impaired performance caused by improper fitment or subsequent damage caused by lack of maintenance or for the loss of use of a vehicle whilst the part is being returned / exchanged. We do not assume responsibility for towing charges, lay-up time, losses due to down time vehicle rental, inconvenience, telephone costs or accommodation.

Any item or invoice marked ‘SOLD AS SEEN’ will invalidate this warranty.
