PAYMENT
-You need to pay immediately if you want to buy the item. Otherwise order will be cancelled automatically;

DESPATCH AND DELIVERY TIMES
-Please note that sometimes our postage price can be different from real;
-Normally we pack and dispatch within 24 hour time; When dispatched, you will see "dispatch icon" active and in colour;
-We post via Royal Mail. Please don't ask questions like: "can we deliver faster?", "I need this for tomorrow", etc. We can't control delivery times!
-We always offer various postage options (you will see this at the purchase):
1st Class delivery time: 1-3 working days,
2nd Class: 2-16 working days,
Express Delivery: next working day by 1pm,
International: 3-18 working days;
-If you want guaranteed delivery in time, please choose Special (Express) Delivery option;
-For international buyers: Strongly recommend: Please choose Signed-For postage option at your purchase. Items sent with Signed-For (with tracking) reach destination much faster (about 3 - 15 working days), but items sent with Standard Airmail service (no tracking) usually reach destination about wihin 14 - 40 working days.
-Please note: If you purchase in Saturday, Sunday or UK Public holiday, your item will be dispatched in closest next working day;

RETURNS
-14-day Returns policy;
-In case if you changed mind or purchased by mistake and want to return the item for a refund, we will charge a commission which consist of amount what we spent on postage, packaging, non-refundable Ebay fees and order processing;
-If item faulty, will refund for your return postage and offer a replacement or full refund.
