Sending items within the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man
We use Royal Mail and ParcelForce to send items within the UK. Generally, we use Royal Mail for lighter items and ParcelForce for heavier items. The table shows how we decide which service we use.
Sending items overseas
We only despatch items within the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
What services do you use, and how long do they take?
Please see table for delivery times. Please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery times unless you select Royal Mail Special Delivery or ParcelForce 24/48. Delivery times begin from the time of despatch.
How quickly do you despatch items?
Our working days are Monday to Friday (excluding England Bank Holidays). Any paid order that we receive by 12 noon UK time on a working day will be despatched same day. For example, if you order an item on Tuesday evening, we will despatch it on Wednesday. All orders received after 12 noon on Friday will be despatched on Monday.
How do you decide which shipping services to use?
The deciding factors are size, weight, value and destination. The tables illustrate how we decide.
I live in a remote area in the UK. Do I have to pay extra shipping?
There are no surcharges on Royal Mail services. ParcelForce surcharges apply to these postcodes. Customers anywhere else in the UK do not need to pay a surcharge. Additional rates apply to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
