Fees |
All our shipping charges are clearly defined; All our items are insured below £39.00 against Loss or Damage. Please see all the costs at bottom of listing. Please contact us before leaving Neutral or Negative Feedback, as once the parcel leave us; we have no control over it. However, we can claim if something goes wrong. Our Postal charge includes: Postage, Packing, Packaging, and Insurance etc.
There may be an additional charge for items over £39.00 and for product being shipped to known hot spots. |

Shipping |
We ship to 54 Countries on a regular basis. We use Royal Mail, Interlink and Business Post. All our postal charges are always completed on each listing for the four main eBay Zones. |

Order Processing |
Where possible we aim to dispatch orders on the same day as cleared payment is received before 12:00 noon. Orders received after noon will be dispatched on the following working day. |

Delivery Times |
Normally you should receive your order within 2 – 3 working days after dispatch notification via eBay. PLEASE contact us if your item hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch in the UK, and after 14 working days if abroad. |

Refunds & Returns |
All our items are insured therefore we offer a FULL refund service. We refund/replace-damaged items (please send picture of damaged items). If item is reported lost we will try to trace via our Carriers, again we will offer a FULL refund.
We always get proof of posting and can send your item recorded delivery at extra cost. (65p in the UK) if you do not opt for this we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. (The cost will vary for exported shipments.)
Basic returns policy: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. However the postage cost must be met by the you (the customer), and must be with our prior agreement. |
