Payment Policy
A Range of Payment Options for your Convenience We believe it is very important to offer you, the customer a wide range of payment options in order to allow you to make payment for your goods in a way which is most comfortable and convenient for you. We are happy to offer and accept payment by all of the following payment methods:
- Direct Deposit (Our Preferred Method)
- Australia Post Money Order
- Bank Cheque (Personal & Business Cheques are not accepted)
- Credit Card/Debit Card via Paypal or Paymate
- Paypal - Funded from Paypal Balance or Credit/Debit Card
(Please Note: Regarding eCheque Payments, Goods are only dispatched once Paypal informs us that the eCheque has cleared and goods can be dispatched.)
Conditions for Direct Deposit Payments:
- Over the Counter Direct Deposit payments can only be made at Bendigo Bank Branches or Agents.
Over the counter payments cannot be made over the counter at any other banks as references cannot be included and therefore payments made over the counter at other banks cannot be identified by us.
When making payment over the counter at a Bendigo Bank Branch or via your Internet Banking you must use your USER ID as the payment reference so we can easily identify your payment. If your internet banking doesn't allow characters that are in your USER ID such as asterisks (*), dollar signs ($), underscores (_), etc, etc then please don't be concerned, simply enter your USER ID as the reference without the characters that aren't allowed by your internet banking as we will still be able to identify your payment.
Do not under any circumstances Direct Deposit a cheque into our Bank Account over the counter.
Postage & Handling Policy
Lightning Fast Shipping and Fair Postage & Handling Rates We keep all the products we list in stock with the exception of Pre-Order items which are clearly marked at the top of the listing with "Pre-Order Now" and an advertised release/dispatch date. We dispatch customers orders every working day of the year. Your goods will be dispatched in the next available post after your payment has been received/verified. We charge flat rate postage & handling Australia wide and combine multiple items so you save on postage & handling costs. If you purchase multiple items from us you will only be charged $4.00 P&H for each additional item after the first. All goods are professionally picked and packed in high quality and environmentally friendly packing materials by our fully qualified storeman that has over 10 years experience in the packing of delicate and fragile items.
Return Policy
Our Guarantee to Replace any Goods found to be faulty We happily accept returns for faulty items or incorrectly sent items. Any items found to be faulty will be cheerfully exchanged for a working replacement. Please contact us if you find any of our products to be faulty and we will supply you with instructions on how to return the faulty item(s) for exchange. In the unlikely event we make a picking or invoicing error and send you the wrong item please email us and let us know so we can rectify the situation.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to a 'change of mind' or buyer error.
