For Purposes of the below terms eBuy-GB & shop_with_ebuy-gb are the same - eBuy-GB is the shop name, shop_with_ebuy-gbis the seller ID.
Payment MethodsWe accept payment via paypal. Other payments may be accepted, please contact shop_with_ebuy-gb for details.
DespatchOffice hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
Our despatch days are Monday - Friday. Items are despatch same day where payments are received by 2pm (on rare occassions where this is not possible they will be despatched the next day).
All orders where payment is received after that will be despatched on the next despatch day.
Items are despatched via Royal Mail 2nd class, 1st class or 24 hour courier, depending on the option chosen.
It can be frustrating if items do not arrive on time but please be aware that Royal Mail 2nd and 1st class post are not guaranteed postal options and
items can sometimes take up to 2.5 weeks to arrive.
The only guaranteed method of delivery offered is the 24 hour courier option.
The royal mail will not view any item as lost until 15 working days from delivery of the item, shop_with_ebuy-gb believe this is too long for buyers to wait
but do ask that buyers are patient and contact shop_with_ebuy-gb at the relevant times below if an item is not received straight away.
2nd Class - 2.5 weeks after date of despatch.
1st Class - 2 weeks after date of despatch.
International Postage - 4 weeks after date of despatch.
24 Hour Courier - If the item is not received the next day then please contact shop_with_ebuy-gb, tracking details are normally emailed on the day of delivery (where possible).
After these times if the item has still not arrived please contact shop_with_ebuy-gb for a resolution.
Please note courier delivery requires a signature upon arrival.
If the courier cannot deliver they will leave a calling card, the buyer needs to rearrange delivery as soon as possible, the courier only hold the parcel for 48 hours.
If a parcel is returned to shop_with_ebuy-gb a new courier delivery charge of £4.99 is applicable for redelivery.
shop_with_ebuy-gb Reserves the right to upgrade the carriage of certain orders to Next Day Courier without prior consent.
A signature is required on courier delivery.
shop_with_ebuy-gb are unable to deliver Next Day courier to Northern Ireland or the Highlands at the same price as delivery to the UK mainland
- these items will only be sent via Royal Mail First or Second Class. A 2 day service is available please contact shop_with_ebuy-gb for details
Combined PostageCombined postage is offered on all items, if purchases are made from the same listing then ebay will automatically amend the postage costs.
If purchases are from a variety of listings then please request an invoice from shop_with_ebuy-gbor send a message.
Damaged ItemsIf a damaged item is received please contact shop_with_ebuy-gb immediately.
Message us through ebay or email on firstname.lastname@example.org giving all of the details and providing photographs if possible.
shop_with_ebuy-gb will respond asap during office hours (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm).
ReturnsBuyers can return any item received and cancel an order, where they are unhappy with the item
or have changed their mind. Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
As long as items are returned in the condition in which they arrived and in the original packaging, a full refund will be given.
Buyers are responsible for return postage and packaging charges.

Any items that are purchased that are not suitable for your purpose, but that are as described on the listing will need to be returned for a refund,
the buyer is responsible for the return postage costs.
shop_with_ebuy-gb recommends using a recorded type of delivery in order to return items. A refund cannot be issued until an item has arrived with shop_with_ebuy-gb. If an item is returned via normal post and it is lost in the post, the buyer will need to claim from the postal service themselves for the full invoice amount.
