 Q: Are items new & unused, and factory-sealed where applicable?
  A: Yes, all items are purchased directly from the manufacturers or licensed distributors, and are shipped in the exact condition they are received in!
 Q: The "estimated delivery" window has passed, why haven't I received my item?
  A: The US postal service delivery times are very inconsistent, and we are experiencing multiple issues with the postal service. Unfortunately in order to offer free shipping, that is the only service available to us. We do offer a lost item guarantee that we will refund or replace any domestic shipment not received by 30 days after payment.
 Q: Do you offer combined shipping?
  A: Yes, we do combine shipping - we ask that buyers please hold payment on any purchases until they receive a combined invoice with the discounted shipping. All Store/Fixed Price items have the "first item" and "additional item" shipping costs shown under the Shipping & Payments tab.
 Q: Why is there no tracking for First Class or Priority Mail International shipments?
  A: Only Express Mail Int'l offers actual tracking information - we do provide the customs numbers for other shipments. Please be aware that methods other than Express Mail for Int'l shipments can and do often take 4-6 weeks, & are VERY inconsistent in delivery times. Please contact us for additional shipping option costs if tracking is desired.
 Q: What returns are accepted?
  A: Due to the nature of the products we offer, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused items. Purchase price less S/H will be refunded to original Pay Pal account within two business days of receipt of returned item.
 Q: How do you replace damaged or defective items?
  A: We will refund or replace any damaged or defective items with immediate contact upon delivery. Please inspect all items as soon as they are received to ensure everything is in order, and contact us right away if there is an issue through eBay Messages.
 Q: How are lost shipments handled?
  A: Buyers must confirm their shipping address in both Ebay and Pay Pal are correct - please provide a safe address for delivery. All US shipments are sent with Delivery Confirmation. Lost shipments will be refunded/replaced at 30 days after payment received for US shipments, and 60 days for International shipments.

 Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
  A: We promise shipment within 1 business day. However postal service DELIVERY times vary greatly...please expect the longest "estimated" delivery time at least, if not longer and especially during holiday and peak periods. A shipping email with delivery confirmantion/customs info is sent upon shipment. Please contact us thru eBay Messages if needed.
 Q: Your item description says "factory sealed", but there was no seal on my item?
  A: Items are shipped in exactly the same packaging we receive them from the manufacturer - not all items have any type of factory seal, so it is "as applicable".
 Q: Do you offer combined shipping discounts?
  A: Yes, for items that have a shipping charge (international only at this time), we do have combined shipping discounts. Buyers must hold all payments until we send a combined invoice with the discounted shipping, as this process is not automated. Buyers who choose to pay for their items before receiving invoice will not be refunded for discount.
