What is the warranty period:
All products come with a minimum 12 months
manufacturers warranty unless otherwise stated.
How do I return an item?
At e4deal we have every confidence that you
will be delighted with your purchase. However, in the event that you wish to
return an item, then we have '30 Day Money Back Guarantee'. Please email us via
the eBay messaging service for further details.
Unfortunately we cannot refund, replace, or
exchange certain non-faulty products if the seal/packaging has been broken or
opened. This is applicable to product software, all types of replacement
batteries, memory cards or similar products. Wireless or wired headsets are also
excluded where evidence of in-ear use has been identified; this is due to
hygiene reasons.
How will I know when my order has been
despatched?
You will receive an email confirming dispatch.
Can I collect my order from you?
The e4deal head office is not a conventional
shop as we are an internet retailer and as such we do not have the facilities to
offer a collection service. Although our warehouse is on site we are unable to
let the general public in due to health, safety and security reasons.
What do I do if there is something missing
from my delivery?
First of all please check the invoice inside
the packaging to see if it has all the items you ordered on it. If it does not
or has a message saying that the rest of your item's will be shipped to you when
they come into stock this means you have only received a partial order. In this
case as stated you will receive the rest of your items when they come into
stock.
If it does not have the partially shipped message then please contact us via the
eBay messaging system, so we can get this matter resolved as quickly as
possible. Please have your order reference number to hand and the product
reference which will be on the invoice to help the Customer Relations Team deal
with your enquiry more efficiently.
