For Economy and Standard orders we try our best to dispatch 'Paid' Orders placed
before 2pm the same day during weekdays Monday to Friday and for Next Business
Day Express, orders need to be in before 12pm. We can offer this service
because we have daily collections (Mon-Fri) from Express Carriers and Royal Mail
so you are guaranteed of getting the Formula 1 of Dispatch Times!
All orders, dependant on size, weight and destination will ship with either:
Royal Mail, DPD, UK Mail or TNT.

All orders are shipped with a minimum of packaging and paperwork to protect
our planet. If an invoice is needed please print one from your eBay account.

4pm Monday to Friday. We also do try our best to respond to enquires at
weekends and evenings but the response time is somewhat slower than a weekday.

Every item ships with a shipping reference for internal traceability and many
ship with a trackable reference! Wherever possible we will upload References and
Tracking information to eBay for your reference.
Small items ship via Royal Mail, and their delivery Aim is 3 Days for 2nd
Class (Economical Post) and 1 day for 1st Class (Standard Post).
Larger
items that ship via DPD, UK Mail or TNT are usually shipped via a next day
service Monday - Friday for Monday - Friday Delivery.

Your Right To Cancel: You have a Period of 7 Working Days starting
from the day after you receive your goods to Inspect (NOT USE) and decide if you
wish to keep them or not. If you decide you would like to return the goods you
must ensure the goods have not been used, are not damaged and are in the same
condition and packaging as you received them. At this point you should contact
us using the 'Ask Seller a Question' link on the eBay item listing. We will
respond with further instructions in a timely manner. All returns are at your
expensive and we advise you use a recorded delivery service with insurance as we
can not be held responsible for loss or damage! Refunds will only be granted
after safe receipt and inspection of the goods. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK
WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING US!
Faulty Goods: If you receive a
faulty item or damaged packaging and the carrier requires a signature you should
sign for it as ‘received with damaged packaging’. At this point you must inform
us immediately via the 'Ask Seller a Question' link on the eBay item listing. We
will contact you with further instructions in a timely manner. Any transit
damaged/faulty goods must initially be sent back at your expense and if returned
within the 7 Day period we will Refund the Return postage cost and replace the
item. If the goods become faulty beyond the 7 Day policy then the return of the
goods will be at your expense. We will at our discretion offer a replacement
(replacement parts), refund or refurbished product to the same specification or
better if the goods have become faulty under normal use. Any replacements are
subject to stock availability. Following the return of faulty goods we will
inspect them for signs of misuse and or abuse.
We do not cover: Normal wear & tear. Overloading. FREE Batteries supplied with a product. Accidental Damage Caused by Abnormal Incorrect Use. Damaged Caused by
Improper Unpacking. Improper or lack of Maintenance. Careless Operation/Handling of the product. Use of the product for anything
other than what is was designed/intended for. Damaged caused by the use of any unsuitable attaching/driving parts or tools. Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than e-zbuy or its
authorised repairers. Damaged to attaching Parts/Tools other than the ones
purchased from us. Slight deviations in specification, cosmetic appearance and colour that do not
affect the overall functionality of the product.

feedback issues is with delivery times! Please check our dispatch dates before
you blame us for any delays. In most cases we ship same day so If we have
dispatched your goods then any delay will be with the carrier service so please
bare this in mind. Also please consider seasonal affects on delivery times.
Christmas and Adverse Weather conditions are all events that impact on transport
which can cause delivery delays but its totally out of our control. This should
not be a cause to mark us down when rating us. The Key to honest and fare
feedback is Communication! Communicate first then rate afterwards you just may
be very, very pleased with the end result!
1. Applicability of Terms and Conditions
1.2. The following terms and conditions shall govern all contracts between
you as a consumer and e-zbuy, (hereinafter referred to as “e-zBuyUK”).
2. Offer & Acceptance
2.2 When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the order
button, eBay will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and
containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us
to purchase a product which is accepted by us when eBay sends to you an
order confirmation via eBay messages confirming your order or by a dispatch
notification.
3. Right to Cancel for Consumers
3.1. You have the right to cancel the order at anytime before the expiry of a
period of seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which
you receive the goods without giving reason. However, this period won’t
start before all information obligations laid down in the “Consumer
Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000“ have been fulfilled.
3.2.You may cancel by giving us notice in any of the following ways: by
using the eBay Cancelation Dispute Procedure or by contacting us through the
eBay Ask Seller A Question Link.
3.3 You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must
be returned unused in the original condition they were received in and
returned at your expense. We also recommend you use a recorded delivery
service as e-zbuyuk will not be held responsible for lost or damaged
returned goods.
4. Prices and delivery costs
4.1. All prices are in GBP. Delivery charges are not included in all the item
prices quoted.
4.2. Please refer to the individual Listing for Shipping Charges.
4.3. Shipping Charges include the actual shipping cost plus, Insurance and
packaging material.
5. Delivery
5.1. We deliver to the countries listed within the individual Listing.
If your country is not listed we do not ship that item to your destination.
5.2. Please refer to the individual Listing for Delivery times. We only
ship Monday - Friday for delivery Monday - Friday.
6. Payment Methods
6.1. Click the Pay Now button at the top of the listing to immediately
proceed with eBay's checkout and payment process. Please note that the Pay
Now button is ONLY available after winning an auction or completing a Buy It
Now purchase. You can Check-Out Later if you do not choose to
Check-Out now, you will be notified by eBay via e-mail that you are the
winning bidder and this will contain Payment Options. There is no need to
contact us to arrange payment. You may also continue purchasing additional
items from our auctions or eBay shop. Make sure all of your auctions have
ended prior to checking out. All of your purchases can be consolidated into
one checkout so you can pay for them all in one go.
7. Retention of Title
The goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of e-zbuyuk until the
customer has paid for the goods in full.
8. After-Sales Services
Any complaint regarding the goods or services supplied should be made to:
e-zbuyuk, by using the eBay Contact Seller or Ask Seller a Question Link
available on eBay.
9. Storage and Accessibility of the contract
The contract’s content will be stored. You may store the general terms and
conditions and readily look them up. For safety reasons your order’s data
are not available via internet. We keep this data in confidence according to
our privacy policy. Your Data is not used by or sold to other companies
which are or are not affiliated or associated with e-zBuyUK.
Depending on your chosen method of postage determines
the estimated delivery time from the 'date of dispatch' as outlined below, this
information is also visible on every listing before you buy:

Other 48 Hour Courier (Within 2-3 working days Estimated Delivery Time No
Guarantee) Only £1.00 to Upgrade!
Other 24 Hour Courier (Within 2 working days Estimated Delivery Time)
Please Note: Delivery of your order(s) is from Monday to Friday. The carrier may
choose to deliver on Saturday but there is no guarantee or prior arrangement for
a Saturday Delivery.
Every order that ships comes with a Reference Number from our carrier, if you
have upgraded to a tracked service you will also be able to use this reference
for Tracking purposes. The order reference numbers are uploaded nightly to eBay
for your reference, this provides proof from a 3rd party (the carrier) that your
order has been dispatched. It contains your chosen delivery address the date it
was shipped, the chosen service and the weight of the item so this ensures your
item has shipped.
If you believe your order to be delayed then please first check your chosen
delivery address which you entered at checkout is up to date and correct. So
many customers move home and forget to update their eBay account! Following this
please speak to your postman and/or your neighbours. Experience tells us that
99% of delayed mail is due to mail either being miss-posted, left with a
neighbour, left in a garden or gas/electric meter or a misplaced 'attempted
delivery card' left by the carrier. Any undelivered mail always gets returned to
us as every package includes a return address.
Please remember weekends are not classed as a working day and do not count
towards the time calculated since your item was shipped. Also please understand
that post is not classed as lost until 15 ‘Working Days’ have passed, so refunds
or replacements will not be provided until sufficient time has lapsed. If an
item is needed urgently then we suggest you use another service other than FREE
Shipping.
The last thing that needs noting is seasonal affects on delivery times.
Christmas and Adverse Weather conditions are all events that impact on transport
and the ability for carriers to process there order in a normal timely manner.
The Christmas Period and Adverse Weather Conditions always cause delivery delays
but its totally out of our control. This needs serious consideration before
deciding your order is lost.
If you have exhausted all the above then please contact us 'through the eBay
Messaging System' explaining you believe your order to be delayed and include
your delivery address so we can start our investigation.
Above all, please stay calm, courteous and be as reasonable as you can and we
will endeavour to provide as much help and support as we possible can.
