Always include a contact telephone number with your purchase. Failure to provide a valid telephone number will result in your delivery being delayed Delivery charge is relative to a radius of 200 miles of Leeds, West Yorkshire and for mainland UK only. Q:Do you stock your products?
A:Our products are in stock in our 200,000sq ft warehouse.


Q:I saw a product in your eBay Store that I like, but the listing has since ended. Is it still available?
A:In most cases, yes. Just call or e-mail to check availability. Have the Item number (in the listing) ready when calling.


Q:Your listing states there is a certain quantity of this item available, but I need more. Do you have more?
A:Yes, in some cases. Just call or e-mail to ask if more are available.


Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:In most cases multiple products will be shipped together under just one delivery charge (the higher charge stands).


Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:We ask for contact telephone details to be included with your order, this is to enable a member of our transport team to contact you to arrange a suitable day for delivery.


Q:How much for shipping and handling?
A:The shipping costs will be indicated in the listing.
Standard delivery charge is for locations within a 200 mile radius of Leeds, West Yorkshire.
Please note: Delivery costs will vary for some postcodes and offshore locations, to check please contact us on 01924 868387.


Q:What payment methods do you accept?
A:Credit cards: Call the number in the listing. Mention you are calling to pay for an eBay order and provide the eBay Item number.
PayPal: Complete eBay checkout. Include any options (if applicable) & phone number.


Q:I sent payment. Did you receive it?
A:You will receive an order confirmation e-mail from our Web site when your order has been processed. This can take around 24 to 72 hours if you paid with PayPal and just a few minutes if paying with a credit card over the phone. Please wait the above times before contacting us.


Q:What if my item arrives damaged?
A:Any faults discovered after delivery must be reported to us within 5 working days. Hold on to the original packaging, as it will be needed in the event your product needs to be picked up.


Q:What if my product is back-ordered or discontinued?
A:We do our best to ensure products are in stock before posting to eBay but they can, from time to time, become back-ordered or discontinued by our suppliers.
We will notify you as soon as we become aware of a back-order or discontinuation.
You will be given the option to keep your order (if back-ordered) or cancel for a full refund (in either case)


Q:What is your return policy?
A:We offer a 7 day return policy as outlined by Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
If you would like to return your purchase for any reason within 7 days, you will be refunded the purchase price of the product including delivery costs.
There may be a collection charge in line with the original delivery charge for any items returned.
All returns need to be in the original packaging, and in full resaleable condition.
Refund will only be given upon return and inspection to our warehouse.


Q:I am awaiting a refund. When will I receive it?
A:PayPal refunds are issued every two business days. Refunds by cheque can take around two weeks to be processed, depending upon the circumstances.
