Refund Policy -For orders cancelled within your statutory rights (i.e. within 7 days of order confirmation, or 7 days after delivery – whichever is the longer) or before the goods have been despatched, we will issue a full refund within 30 days- normally sooner .Where an order is cancelled after the goods have been despatched, you must first contact us within 7 days (after delivery) , and the items then returned to us in the same good condition. If the goods are found to be unsellable they will be returned to you. Pack with all original tissue, bags and swatches as supplied. We will issue a full refund within 30 days - normally a lot sooner.
