All our items are bought brand new from the manufacturer. Some may be ex display, if so they will be listed as that and we do NOT sell copies or imports. They are as you would expect to purchase in a High Street store and are in the original manufacturers case/box. All our items are region 2 / PAL for the UK & Europe. Please check compatibility before buying as we do not accept liability after it has been purchased and no refund will be given.

Our Guarantee:

We guarantee to send you a replacement or a refund if your purchase does not arrive within working 10 days from dispatch. (European and International buyers please allow a little longer).

Language and Subtitle Info:

All our listings have the subtitles and languages available for that item listed in the item description under the review.

My item has not arrived – What to do:

Your purchases are guaranteed with us. If your item has not arrived within 10 working days (UK buyers) of dispatch we will either send you a replacement or refund your purchase, depending on what you want. European Buyers - we will replace if not received after 14 working days of dispatch. We cannot do anything before these timescales as the Royal Mail will not accept that the item is lost until then and we cannot make a claim against them until then. The above is conditional on the buyer supplying a correct delivery address.

Shipping and Delivery:

We are a UK based company and post from the UK Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays. All shipping with the UK is free. Please double check that your address is correct when going through the checkout.

International Shipping :

We do ship worldwide. Where Customs Labels are required we will show actual values. We cannot show the item as a gift, as second hand or at a lower price.

Combined Items: UK Buyers:

UK P&P is free. Multiple purchases may be sent in two or more separate packages however we cannot offer reduced prices for combined purchases under the current eBay policy of free delivery of DVDs to the UK.

International Buyers :

We do offer a combines postage discount which will come off automatically when you go through the checkout.

Delivery Address:

Our checkout gives you the option of using a different shipping address to your billing address, so you will be directed to a 100% safe and secure checkout that is integrated with PayPal, so you’re still protected by PayPal.

Payment Methods:

We accept payment by Paypal, Cheque, Postal Order. Please contact us for further details if you wish to use any of the last 3 methods.

Postage Options:

All our items are sent using standard 1st Class Royal Mail and Airmail for international buyer, unfortunately we do not offer special delivery as we don’t have the means to process it.
