Dune Outlet is pleased to refund unworn and unmarked goods with original packaging and box in a saleable condition accompanied the purchase invoice within 28 days of the purchase date.
In accordance to your rights we will be pleased to refund any justified complaints where goods are found to be defective as to quality description or performance.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds if the goods have been worn and you have changed your mind or if goods have been damaged after purchase.
Unfortunately we do not exchange items you would need to return items for refund and then re-submit a new order.
In order to return items please email Dunecustomerservice@docdata.co.uk to obtain a Returns Management Authorization number (RMA). This must be quoted on your returns documentation.
Please ensure you obtain proof of posting when returning goods as we cannot refund until we have received the items.
You will be refunded in full by your original payment method.
