Payment

· Payment must be made within 5 days or, at the very least, contact to be made within 3 days

· We accept Cash on collection, cheques, postal orders or Credit/Debit card via Paypal from UK buyers

· We only accept payment by Paypal for overseas buyers

Postage

· We will post Worldwide and most parcels are despatched via Royal Mail

· All UK bought items valued over £20 will be sent on a recorded delivery.

· We will combine postage at every opportunity & for UK customers postage is capped at £12 for up to 30Kg.

· All items to be sent overseas valued over £10 will require an International signed for service.

      PLEASE WAIT FOR THE REVISED INVOICE

· When sending to Italy, South America, Africa and Indonesia, an International signed for service will be used, regardless of value.

· We obtain proof of postage for all items despatched and will provide these details to you to help you make a claim in the event that the item is lost in post.

Packing

· All our items are securely packed in new boxes with good quality packaging materials, though, for the good of the environment, we do try to recycle as much material as possible.

· Our aim is to have our items arrive in the same condition they leave us.

Refunds & Returns

· Returns / Refunds will be given

· This is in line with the distance selling regulations
