| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:Our returns policy varies from item to item. The minimum we offer is a 14 day returns policy, where if you are not happy or you simply change your mind you can return an item for exchange or a refund, simply complete the returns form on the reverse of the invoice and send back with the items you are returning to the address on the form. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes, where possible we will combine shipping, most of our auctions state a cost for additional items, but if you are not sure email us and we’ll will let you know what the shipping will be. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:All order will be dispatched within 5 working days, however the magority of the time orders are dispatched next working day. |
