DELIVERY RETURNS FAQ'S CONTACT US

Simple Returns

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us, but we realise that on occasion you may want to return item/s. For your convenience we have included a freepost return label within your delivery.

You can return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. Simply post the item/s back to us here at DotComGiftShop with the completed returns form (this is above the Freepost return label included in your delivery paperwork)

Returns will be honoured any time within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.

Please note the following free returns rules :

Prior to returning a product /order you must obtain an RMA

Contact us by email to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation ”RMA”.

Please note we cannot process any returns/refunds without this code being included on the returns form ( included in your original delivery)

It is a necessary part of the returns administration.

-Free returns only applies to parcels within the Royal mail FREEPOST criteria:

-Returns parcel must measure less than 60 cm x 40cm x 40cm and weigh less than 5 KGS .

-If the item cannot fit within the above dimensions and /or weight then regrettably the returning of a parcel is at your cost.

-If your order was eligible for free delivery ( over £50 ) and item /s is returned then the delivery cost will be applied and deducted from the refund.

Eg order value £55 ( so free delivery) item returned is £10 we will refund £10 - £2.95 (for original delivery cost) so net refund of £7.05

If the value of item is say £ 5 and order value kept is above £50 then the free delivery is still applied so the £5 would be refunded in full.

-Unfortunately free returns is not available for customers outside of the UK.



Returns method for unwanted item/s:

Prior to returning a product /order you must obtain an RMA


1) We ask that you return the items unused, with all the original tags intact and complete the returns form that is attached to the freepost return label.

2) Please obtain a proof of postage which is available free of charge from the Post Office and retain for your records until the refund of your return has been processed.

We cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us so retain your proof of postage until our email confirming your refund has been processed

Earrings: In compliance with current health and hygiene regulations we do not accept the return of unwanted earrings. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns method for damaged items:

Prior to returning a product /order you must obtain an RMA

Please note : On no account dispose of a damaged items before contacting us as we will not be able to refund unless you follow our instructions of return or photograhic evidence.

If returning a damaged/faulty or incorrect item please contact customer services to obtain an RMA, Return Merchandise Authorisation

We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of reaching our warehouse. Your refund will be processed via your selected payment method (credit/debit card or Pay Pal). Please allow 2-3 working days to show up on your card statement. We will email to confirm when this has been done.

If you return your entire order to us within 7 working days of receiving it, we will also refund your initial postage and packing charges. Your statutory rights are not affected.
