We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us, but we realise that on occasion you may want to return items.
You can return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. Simply post the items back to us at dotcomgiftshop with the completed returns form (returns form is included in your order).
Returns will be honoured any time within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
We cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us and recommend you keep your proof of postage until you have received our email confirming your refund has been processed.
Earrings: In compliance with current health and hygiene regulations we do not accept the return of unwanted earrings. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returns method for damaged items:
Please note: Do not dispose of damaged items before contacting us as we will not be able to refund you unless you return the item or provide photographic evidence. Please contact customer services to obtain an RMA, Return Merchandise Authorisation.

We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of reaching our warehouse. Your refund will be processed via your selected payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal). We will email you to confirm when your refund has been processed. Please allow 2-3 working days to show up on your card statement.
Full cancellation of order:
In accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you return your entire order to us within 14 working days of receiving it, we will also refund your initial postage and packing charges. Your statutory rights are not affected.
