Delivery Information

We aim to despatch all orders received before 1.00pm the same day, but depending on our working capacity some packages are despatched 24hours after receiving your order. If you are in a hurry and need something urgently, please contact us by phone only before you purchase to ensure we can meet your demands.

Depending on the size, weight and location, we use Royal Mail & FedEx to deliver your items.

All Royal Mail consignments are sent via 1st Class post and the expected delivery is advised between 2-5 working days.

Stadard FedEx consignments are sent on a 48-hour service, unless ofcourse you have upgraded to a premium service such as Next Day or Saturday Delivery.

Tracking Details will be emailed to you or if you have submitted a Mobile Number, (when possible) we will text your Tracking Number to your phone.
