| SHIPPING
Depending on product availability, all orders will be processed and dispatched on the same business day up until 13:00.
DELIVERY
All items are sent out on a 'Sign For' service and will therefore always require a signature upon delivery. The estimated delivery times stated within our eBay store (Discounted-Supplements) are as advised by the service provider and we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays that may occur while the parcel is in transit.
If a listing is stated as being sent by courier it will be sent by the following method;
Courier: DPD
Delivery Time: Next Working Day
If you believe no delivery attempt was made on the next working day then please send us a message and we will look into the matter immediately.
If a listing is stated as being sent Royal Mail First Class Recorded;
Estimated Delivery Time: 1-3 Business Days
Although 90% of items sent on this service do arrive within that time-frame, we can not guarantee it.
If your item has not been delivered after 5 business days then please notify us and we will initiate a claim against the service and have any issues resolved.
RETURNS
If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection from the depot then the following charges are required to be paid for it to be re-sent:
Courier: £5
Royal Mail First Class Recorded: £3
This is to ensure that we are able to keep our prices as low as possible
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEM
If you have received your item and it is either faulty or has been damaged during transit please contact us within 7 days of receipt. If the parcel has been damaged in transit please sign for it as 'DAMAGED'. Not doing so may affect a claim.
UNWANTED ITEM
If you have received, your item but you ordered incorrectly or changed your mind then please contact us within 7 days after ordering. Please note that there will be a re-stocking charge of £4 to partially cover the cost of the packaging and shipping.
Make sure that your item is returned using a 'Sign For' postal service and you obtain proof of postage as we will not be held responable for items that do not turn up. |
