By purchasing any items from our eBay store you are agreeing to our returns policy as stated below.
Please contact us prior to sending items back so we can discuss the options with you. Returns will not be accepted if no communication has been made beforehand. Nor will they be accepted if we are contacted after 5 days of receipt.
If you wish to return an item due to a mistake made by Discounted-Supplements, we will ask you to send the item back to us and we will refund both the original invoice and costs of postage (copy of postage receipt will be required).
If you no longer want the item, we will also accept returns. Please note that items must be sent back in their original, unopened condition. No refund will be given on opened items, as they will not be fit for resale. Please also take into consideration that you will be responsible for postage costs back to us. Original postage costs (if applicable) will not be refunded either. |
