Postage Costs:
We try to offer free delivery on as many of our auctions as possible (Mainland UK only). However, occasionally a postage charge is unavoidable to help us cover admin and packing costs. If we charge postage on any of our auctions (clearance items in particular) please be aware that we cannot offer combined postage, even if you buy multiple auctions and they are packaged together.
Important information for Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles and Channel Isles customers: Please note that we have to charge £11 delivery to all UK destinations in outside Mainland UK. If you are from Northern Ireland, the Scottish Isles or the Channel Isles, your package will be classed as ‘international’ so you will need to select the appropriate postage upon payment. If you are unsure, please request the total at the end of the auction so we can calculate the correct total.
As part of our company policy, we always use a courier where we can track the item through the whole delivery process. This is because we have experienced a very high number of missing/stolen items, which we believe comes down to the type of product we sell. Royal Mail will only track items within the UK Mainland and once it has left the Mainland, the package cannot be tracked (even with recorded/special delivery). We have tried to amend the settings on eBay, but unfortunately, we cannot separate UK against Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles or Channel Isles.
International customers: If you are interested in our item, but live outside the UK Mainland, please see below for postage costs for parcels up to 30kg. If your country is not mentioned, please contact us and we will supply you with a price.

Delivery Times:
We always aim to provide a prompt service to all of our customers. We try to send items the same day (if transaction complete before 1pm Mon-Fri). However, please note that the use of 1st class delivery or 24 hour courier does not necessarily mean that you will receive your item within 24 hours.
If we cannot process your item the same day, your item may take longer to arrive. We therefore ask that you allow 4 working days for delivery to Mainland UK and 7 days for outside Mainland UK on all orders. If you do not receive your package by this time, we would appreciate it if you could contact us before issuing any negative feedback. This will allow us to chase up the courier and provide you with an update. It also allows us to ensure that the courier is providing us with an efficient service.
Once your item has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the name of the courier and Consignment number. This can be quoted if you require us to chase up items. Please note that tracking is not available on Royal Mail recorded deliveries.
