When you receive your item and wish to try it on please try it on when you are not wearing perfume or aftershave as the scent gets onto the clothes and cannot be resold,if an item is returned smelling of either ,a refund will not be given and the buyer will have to pay for the item to be returned to them.

Please ensure the item has not been worn or worn and washed.

If you do encounter a problem with any of our products please contact us before leaving negative feedback or low dsr ratings as we are here to make the transaction as smooth as possible.

If any of our products fall below the high standards you expect please return the item within 7 days and we will happily refund or exchange the item.

If the item is not suitable for you and is within 7 days, we are happy to refund or exchange the product provided it is returned, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories. Please note the refunds are minus the postage costs and the exchange postage cost is at the expense of the buyer unless the item is faulty.
