Return Terms

To keep our quality service high, please make sure you read our returns and payment policies carefully before bidding or buying. We do try our best to help customers with any questions that they may have. If the item is damaged/faulty or the wrong item has been issued, you must inform us within 2 days of receiving it, any later than 2 days will enable us to replace or issue a refund. We are more than happy to issue a replacement, or a refund if the item is sold out. All Returns must be done within 5 days of receiving the item with all original boxes and in an unused condition. All return postage excluding wrong item sent is to be paid by you as the buyer.
