    Very helpful seller and excellent communications at all times. I had to return this item. The process was straight forward. Seller organised return and issued refund immediately. No dramas.     This item arrived with a broken pipe and no coals, the seller stated that the fire should only have the fake fire bed and not real coals and he would amend its description ( he didnt), I stated my friend had the same item and it came with real coals. The seller then stated it did in fact come with real coals. He said i could either have a refund or new parts which would arrive in 3 -5 days I opted for new parts. I'm still waiting 7 days later. I won't be buying from this seller again
