DELIVERY

We aim to despatch all goods within 48 hours from receipt of order and cleared payment, Monday - Friday. We will email you on the day your order is despatched.

All items are sent via Royal Mail 1st class Recorded Delivery for the UK, or Special Delivery dependent on value, we do not charge extra for sending an item via Special Delivery. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to arrive once despatched.

For Europe and outside Europe, items are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery or Airsure. Goods are sent in discreet plain wrapping. We insure all items despatched so in the unlikely event of anything going missing, you will receive a full refund or replacement order. If an attempt to deliver goods is made and there is no one to accept delivery, a card will be left by Royal Mail for collection of goods. If goods are returned to us from Royal Mail due to the item not been collected, a further delivery charge will be made for re-despatch.

All of our products are BRAND NEW high quality packaged merchandise, that are despatched to you DISCREETLY in plain unmarked jiffy bags, or boxes dependent on the shape or size of the product/s ordered.
