this means someone must sign for the
package when it is delivered and
items are covered for up to £34 compensation,

your postman and tell them you are
expecting a parcel or make sure you
leave a visible note on the door
authorizing them to leave it say with a
neighbour or another safe place if
possible. |

It can also be prudent to select to have
the order delivered to your work address
if allowed, to ensure someone is around
to sign for it? |

If you are not in your Postman might
leave it with a neighbour or they SHOULD
leave you a card telling you that a
parcel is at your local sorting office
awaiting collection. Sometimes they
'forget' to do this! |

How Long Should It Take to Arrive? |

As a guideline shipping / delivery
times, from when we have posted your
order take 80% of UK address’s take
about 1 day, but can take between 2 - 7
days. |

What If My Parcel Has Not Arrived 5 Days
After Posting? |

Please get in touch with us and we will
give you the tracking number or we will
check on the Royal Mail website for you
to see if they have attempted to deliver
it or what the current status is. |

You can easily click here Track
and Trace to
visit the Royal Mail website to confirm
the status of your item, or call Royal
Mail on 0845 9272 100, when we give you
the ‘Track and Trace’ number. |

We would also suggest you contact your
local sorting office ASAP, Ring, Visit,
Take ID, proof of address etc with you
even if you cannot find a card. |

|
Please note that Royal Mail only hold
Recorded Signed For™ items for SEVEN
DAYS before returning them to their
sender. Any redelivery date must be
within seven days of the first delivery
attempt. So please don't leave it too
late to let us know. |

You may prefer to have your order
delivered to an address different to
your normal address. This could mean
having it delivered to your work address
or directly to the recipient of a gift.
Simply fill in the appropriate part of
the delivery address options in during
