1) See if a design exists that you like
Consult Our Design & Product Viewer. These can be seen On Every Listing Page along with information on Free Personalisation & The Products they can be applied to. Make a note of the design name as you see it in the Design Gallery menu. You can also request a design variation. Please see Custom Page for more information.
2) Find the garment or product you would like the design applied to
Use the left hand menu or menu links below to take you to the Custom Product or Garment in the correct size that you would like a Design applied to e.g. Polo Shirt - Size Large. When you are in the correct eBay Section you can see the current prices for your preferred product & size.
3) Tell us how you would like the garment or product personalised
All listings have links to our Order Confirmation Form. Please use the link for your instrument / subject area.
4) Purchasing
Purchase the Custom Product or Garment in the Correct Size. We will than match your completed Order Confirmation Form with your purchase.
All MusicaliTee Clothing, Music Document Bags & Associated Music Gifts are produced exclusively in our UK studios using the highest quality products and the latest CAD/CAM technology to produce a finished product that is guaranteed to last unlike some who prefer to use cheap inkjet transfers that will invariably crack & fade.
To ensure you you receive a wide range of size options and the highest quality finished product. Our exclusive designs are applied to carefully sourced garments and products from some of the worlds leading garment manufacturers including:
PLEASE!! PLEASE!! PLEASE!! Ensure that you check your garment size requirements carefully.
1) Please remember that there is no standard S,M,L,XL etc all garments vary by brand, style, shop & country (UK small is NOT the same as USA small - please measure carefully!
2) We strongly advise that you measure an existing garment of a similar type that you are purchasing that you know fits well.
3) Simply measure the fabric width from Armpit To Armpit (W on the illustration above) and the length from the rear neckline to the bottom hem (L on the illustration above)
4) Find the best match from the Size Charts below. Some people may prefer a size larger if they play certain types of instruments, because its fashionable to have a larger top or that Tummy has got bit bigger. Please note that Sweatshirts & Hoodies are usually required one size up from a T Shirt.

We would normally E Mail you an image of your design for approval. Once approved refunds or exchanges are not available for all special order requested or individually personalised items featured on this site. This also applies if a spelling error has been made by you or if you have decided to amend any wording from your original request after the product has started being made. To avoid any upsets, we recommend you check the spelling of all items to be made several times before proceeding to checkout. If in doubt, email us as well fully detailing your request.

Please Remember That All Items Are Individually Custom Made By Hand & Allowance Must Be Made For This. They are not 'printed' and involves a time intensive process to make each item - more if custom design variations are required! We do however aim to Ship Your Item within 7 Days & it is usually far quicker than this. Completely New Custom Designs May Take Slightly Longer Depending On Current Work Loads & We Will Advise You Accordingly

Our Order Confirmation Forms allow you to request that an item is received by a specific date and we always try our best to accommodate this. Obviously we can not be responsible for any delays in the Postal System. Please order as EARLY as possible for XMAS, especially if overseas!

Items for the UK - 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery
As a guideline shipping / delivery times, from when we have posted your order take about 1 day, but can be between 2 - 7 days. Please let us know if your order is over 5 days late, as we can provide the recorded delivery number to check with the Royal Mail Track and Trace service for details as to where your parcel is. A signature is required on delivery. If there is no-one in to sign for the delivery, a card should be posted through your door informing you of how to collect your delivery, which should be from your nearest sorting office.
Rest of The World - Royal Mail Air Mail
European Delivery Time: is usually about 4 - 7 days.
US & Rest Of The World: delivery time on average is usually about 10 days from date of shipping. But can take 5- 20days. This is by standard Air Mail that is not signed for or insured. If you wish to enhance your Royal Mail postal options - please contact us before buying / paying so we can advise you of the options. We get Post Office & International Customs proof of all Items posted. Depending on busy Postal Times, say at Xmas, these Delivery Times can vary.
Should the product arrive damaged or the delivery is of an incorrect type/ quantity you must inform us, by email, within 3 days of receipt to instigate a replacement being sent once the original item has been returned to us in an unused condition. Please note that unfortunately postage cannot be refunded. Please include your name, address, telephone number, and email address and the reason for return plus details of the exchange t-shirt you require.
Damaged Goods - Although we take every measure to ensure you receive your products in perfect condition, there may be instances beyond our control where goods are found to be damaged or faulty upon receipt. If this is the case, please return them using the Royal Mail / International Recorded Delivery Service at any post office Worldwide. We will aim to replace your goods within 48 hours of receipt. If this is not possible a full refund will be offered.
Non Faulty & Non Damaged Goods - If you wish to return goods that are not faulty or damaged then you should do so within 7 days of purchase. The goods must be unopened and undamaged in which case a refund less the cost of postage will be made. If you have ordered the wrong size, we are under no obligation to exchange or replace any item – but may do so at our discretion. We may ask for some monetary contribution towards the remake and replacement postage costs. Please remember, that all products are made to order and we do not carry any items in stock. Therefore the chance of someone requesting your error size and colour and garment may be very slim, for us to use again.
All Products that have designs applied are custom made specifically for you. If you have ordered products that are personalised or have been custom made for you under the terms of the Distance Selling Regulations we are under no obligation to agree to such items being returned or refunds made.

Washing instructions - Each Garment Has Its own Wash Instruction label, however to play safe – we would suggest using cool temperatures for washing (30 degrees suggested) and for drying use caution with tumble dryers on long duration high settings, air dry where possible.
Do not iron directly on top of design - except on reverse of garment. High temperatures for long periods with tumble drying can cause shrinkage occasionally over continuous use – just like all clothes.
The applied CNC graphics do withstand high wash temperatures, tumble drying and dry cleaning however and can be supplied on work-wear, overalls etc, designed to withstand high wash temperatures. Please enquire.
