Returns
We are happy to refund and exchange any unsuitable item. Our refund and returns policy is 14 days from the purchase date. Please note we only refund items that are on a Buy It Now listing, Auction items are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued as long as the item is Unworn, Brand New With Tags (unless listed as new without tags) and returned with original packaging & labels in the condition you received it and within 14 days from purchase and postmark dated.
The garment must be free from perfume odours and deodorant stains and odours.
Any refund outside this timescale will be offered a credit note or returned back to you unless there are exceptional circumstances agreed by Designer Desirables.
If posting back it is your responsibility to ensure the package comes back to us within the designated timescale of 14 days from receipt.
Once the item has been unpacked & approved, refunds will usually be made within 2-3 working days of the receiving the item back excluding the post and package charge.
