 | A: We aim to send all orders on the day they are received (before 12-00pm), expect for weekend orders which are sent on Monday.
We will contact you if any items are out of stock.
UK orders will normally be with you within 1-2 working days of dispatch. Europe is normally 3-4 working days and the Rest of the World is normally 5-7 working days. |
 | Q: Why is the p&p fee shown on eBay more than I was expecting? |

 | A: This is because we use a 3rd party checkout page, once you enter your name and address in to the checkout page you will be given the correct p&p fee for your order. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |

 | A: We are happy to ship internationally, please review the 'Shipping Charges Explained' section for the product you are interested in to work out the shipping price. Please use our Shipping Rate Calculator if your shipping zone is not listed. However please do contact us if you are at all unsure or have any questions. |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |

 | A: Yes! Simply order your first item and before paying select the option to purchase more items from the same seller.
Do this for all your items until the last item in your shopping list, then continue to checkout and all your items should be ready to be paid for and your shipping fee will be automatically calculated and combined. |

 | A: The shipping and handling charges are different for each product. please check the charge on each listing on the 'Shipping Charges Explained' section. The charges also vary within each country.  | A: I'm sorry to say we are unable to offer a collection service for items purchased through eBay. However you are welcome to visit our showroom where you can purchase the items over the counter.

 | Q: What happens to my order if I am not in when the courier/postman attempts to deliver it? |

 | A: If you are not in when the courier/postman attempts delivery they will leave a calling card which will provide you with a direct contact number for your local depot. You then simply call them to arrange an alternative delivery date or to collect the parcel directly from your local depot, which they will be more than happy to help you with. |
 | Q: Can I pay for my order over the phone? |

 | A: Yes! You are welcome to pay for your order over the phone with a Debit/Credit card (Excluding American Express).

 | Q: What's your returns policy? |

 | A: We’re happy to offer a refund/exchange on unused items that are returned in their original condition with their original packaging within 30 days.
Please note the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning items and we are unable to refund any postage costs, (except where goods are received faulty). |
 | Q: Do you sell more than what I can see on your eBay shop? |

 | A: Yes! We have accounts with most of the leading decorating manufacturers, so even if you can't see it listed on eBay we may be able to order it in for you. Please contact us and we will do our best to help you out. |

 | A: Our Internet team are here Mon-Fri 9am. till 5pm.
We aim to respond to all enquiries and emails within 1 working day, excluding over the weekend which are dealt with as soon as possible on the Monday.
Please note that Monday is our busiest day and although we will aim to answer all of our weekend e-mails on Monday this is not always possible. |
