Returns Policy
All of our goods undergo full quality control checks prior to dispatch to ensure they are in full working order and as described in the listing. FULL REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ITEMS FOUND TO BE FAULTY OR DAMAGED within 14 days of delivery. If on receipt of your goods they are found to be damaged or faulty please contact us by e-mail as soon as possible explaining the problem. We will endeavour to reply as quickly as possible, usually within 3 working days. However please note that during busy periods, weekends, holidays or other unforeseen circumstances there may be a delay. Please be assured that we will respond to you as soon as possible. As our customers are very valuable to us we never ignore e-mails, however there may sometimes be delays due to weekends, holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.
Please ensure that all items to be returned are well packaged and include all original packaging & any other associated items received including box, guarantee & instructions.
We request customers use a tracked postal service i.e. Royal Mail signed for, or tracked courier service, and proof of delivery will be required prior to refunds being given. A maximum refund amount will be equal to Royal Mail signed for service. We only refund standard (Airmail) charges for items being returned from outside of UK.
Please contact us when goods are posted with the tracking number. We will contact you as soon as possible when items are received.
On receipt of the item packaged as requested, items will be inspected, and if found to be faulty or damaged as described a FULL REFUND INCLUDING RETURN POSTAGE COST (as explained above) will be given. Refunds are via the same method of payment as the original transaction. In the event that the item is not found to be damaged or defective we reserve the right to recover our fees and expenses from you.
If a problem occurs outside of the 14 day period please refer to the manufacturers guarantee included with the item, and return as per the instructions within the guarantee.
If you wish to return an item for any other reason than faulty or damaged please contact us to explain. Items must be returned within 14 days in its original condition and unused/unworn. Please include all original packaging and associated items i.e. box, guarantee & instructions. On receipt of the item in its original condition a refund or exchange as requested will be given. All refunds will be given via the same method of payment as the original transaction. Any postage costs incurred will not be refunded.
We aim to process returns within 7 working days, but please allow more time for during busy periods, weekends & holidays.
