Before Sales:

 

What kind of shipping methods do you offer?

We ship order out via China post. For larger or urgent orders, customers are welcome to choose EMS Express for faster delivery . If you want to use the EMS as the shipper, pls email us your shipping address and phone# so that we can calculate the shipping fee.

 

Do you offer tracking# for an order?

We only offer tracking# for the amount above GBP 15.

 

Can you send an item to PO address?

We can send an item to PO address.

 

How shipping costs are Determined?

We work hard every day to bring you the lowest possible shipping cost.
The shipping cost for most items is based on item’s size, weight, shipping method, and delivery address.

 

Which address do you send the item to?

We send your order to your ebay address. Pls double check your ebay address before you pay for the item.

 

When to expect your order to arrive?

China Post: It usually takes about 20-25 days to get an order, but sometimes it takes about 30-40 days to get your order.
EMS: It usually takes about 7-10 for delivery.

 

Can you send the item as the “Gift”?

We send an order out as the “Gift”. We will also declare the item’s Value as low as possible so that you will avoid the customs fee.

 

Do you have any oversea warehouse?

We have oversea warehouse in US, UK, AU. Customers are welcome to buy items from our oversea warehouse.

 

If your shipping list does not include my country, can I place an order from your store?

Pls send us email to further confirm whether we can send the item to your country or not.

 

Is there any discount for bulk purchases?

As our price is reasonable on Ebay market, so we are sorry that we can not offer extra discount for bulk purchases.

 

Do you offer any shipping discount on multiple products purchased?

It usually takes about 1-2 business days to process your item.

After sales:

How can I cancel an order?

If you have not paid for your item yet, pls contact us via email. After we receive your email, we will cancel your order, and send the cancellation request to you.

If you have paid for the item, and want to cancel the order, pls contact us within 24 hours.
If you are uncertain about something in your order and you wish to change it, please contact us via email within 24 hours. This will stop the packaging process so you still time to make changes.

If the package has already been delivered we cannot cancel or change the order.

If you want to cancel an order because you are ADDING further products or changing color,size, but not canceling the previous items, simply contact us via Email within 24 hours and we will process it.

 

Who is responsible for the product damage or loss during the transit?

 

Any missing or product damage issues reported, we will help you solve it within 24 hours.

 

I have problems in using the product I ordered, pls help

 

Firstly please check the English manual that comes with the product, or you can search for online manuals or check blogs for advice. If you still cannot resolve the issue, please send us email. Our customer service representatives will offer you professional tech support and help you assess if your product is defective.

What’s your return policy?

Our Customer Service representatives determine eligibility for refunds and exchanges once customers have contacted us and explained their reason for return. Returning packages without prior approval from Customer Service will halt or delay your return.

All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging. Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error or allergic reaction from use must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for other reasons.


If we shipped you the wrong item:

My order has been shipped, why there is not any tracking information available for the registered mail?

It usually takes about 2-4 days for post office to update the tracking information on the tracking website.
