DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS- BUY IT NOW LISTINGS: Most Buy It Now purchases (with the exception of all custom & special order items) are covered under the Distance Selling Regulations, which give the buyer the right to cancel the purchase in writing within 7 working days after the day they receive the item. Under these terms we will accept returns for a minimum period of 14 calendar days so that the buyer has enough time to let us know about the cancellation and post the item back. All returns will be issued with a returns number, that must be clearly marked on the outer packaging. All returns must be accompanied by your name, address, Ebay member & transaction number. Returns must be received back by us within 7 days (UK) and 14 days (European & Worldwide) from the issue of the returns number, they must be properly repackaged so as to avoid damage in transit, and must be returned using a trackable & insured delivery method. The buyer is responsible for any loss or damage in transit. Returns made on this basis may be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee plus all Ebay fee costs (unless refunded by Ebay).
FAULTY RETURNS: Faulty returns must be received back by us, and the nature of the fault established by the manufacturer prior to any action by de Boiz. If the goods are deemed faulty, having been kept in good condition by the consumer, then we will offer a replacement. If a suitable replacement is not available then we will offer a full refund. If you believe you have a faulty item please contact us immediately for a returns number. You must then return the item within 7 working days of issue of the returns number. Please note that we reserve the right not to refund a return if the item is not received back by us within the stated return period of 7 days. If an item returned as 'faulty' is found to not be faulty then we will return the item to you unless you advise us that you do not wish for it to be returned, and in which case we will dispose of it. Returns must be received back by us within 7 days (UK) or 14 days (Int'l) from the issue of the returns number, they must be properly repackaged so as to avoid damage in transit, and must be returned using a trackable & insured delivery method. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage, and for the value of any loss or damage in transit.
