After another hectic 12 months without a break,
Chris and I are having some time out, from being online on eBay! (I know - I can't quite believe it!)
DC4U on Hol - From Weds 1 Oct to Sun 19 Oct inclusive,

Purchases paid for before noon Tues 30 Sept
will be despatched before we go.

You may return any item for any reason, as long as it is fit for sale. You are welcome to email me details. and I will deal with the mountain of post on my return.

Our returns policy is still valid - you may return anything for a refund - but this can not be processed until 21 Oct.
I have organised the Sorting Office to hold my parcels for me until our return.
During the time we are away
I will have very limited (if any internet access).
There will be no one to answer the land line phone,
and my mobile will be switched off.

DC4U is closed for Annual Leave!
After another 18 months, we are finally going on holiday!
We are out of the country between 1st and 21st October 2008
This means, we are unable to post anything after noon on 30 September, so if you have any outstanding purchases, please send payment before this time, else I am sorry I can not post until my return on 21st Oct.
As a small business It is very difficult to take time out from eBay
But, I really really do need a break!.
RETURNS
I am pleased to say DC4U is happy to accept returns, even though we are not here - please return them as normal - and the post office will be holding them, I will then process them and refund you on my return.
We appreciate that waiting until the 21st seems like a long time for your refund, or even a mail from me, but where we are going internet access is not guaranteed - so we have taken the decision to close DC4U completely for just over a fortnight
On our return:
-We will be listing new stock
- We will still have a no quibble 30 days refunds policy - like most main High St Shops
- Enclosures in your parcel - about your right to return, and what to do, will still be provided
- We will be expanding our range
- Free tracked UK P&P (First Class) is also here to stay
- International P&P at cost
- Gift wrapped parcels in tissue paper
and
- We will still include a little something in your parcel to thank you for choosing DC4U
