This essentially means we will replace your item under warranty no matter how many times it develops a fault or how long you've had it. Obtaining a Returns Number (RMA)
In order to send your faulty item back you will need to contact our customer services by phone or email to be given a returns number, which must be written on the outside of the box or packaging before return. We advise you to keep the box and packaging from the original delivery, which will give your product suitable protection, should you need to return it. If you have not retained the initial packaging then please make sure you have used sufficient packaging material to protect the item before returning.
We recommend returning your laptop via Royal Mail through your local post office, it is essential that the goods are sent via signed for delivery and we recommend that you insure the goods, as loss or damage during return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
