Are your Laptop Chargers and Power Adapters safe?

We only sell either genuine or high quality replacement power supplies and all our products are CE and ROHS certified and comply with any UK safety legislation.

Are your products genuine?

Unless stated as "compatible", all our Laptop Chargers are genuine OEM products. This means that the product will be manufactured by either LiShin, Liteon, HiPro, Delta or Chicony. These companies are authorised by the leading laptop makers to supply adapters for their laptops. We also sell our own brand Danelo Power.

How do i return an item?

Should you wish to return an item please call our Sales Advisors who will provide you with a Returns Merchandise Number (RMA) and provide the relevant information on how to return it. Our contact number is 0151 523 4250.

How long does my it take to despatch my order?

All orders received before 3pm on weekdays are despatched the same day, after this time your order will be sent the following working day.

How long is the warranty?

All our products come with a 28 day return period and either a 1 year warranty for compatible power suppliers, chargers and batteries or a lifetime warranty for genuine ones. The lifetime warranty means that regardless of how long you've had the Charger or Adapter for we will replace it as many times as necessary in the unlikely event of a fault.

My item is faulty what shall i do?

In this unlikely event you can return the product to us for a replacement, however refunds can only be issued within three months of purchase. First of all, we will need you to send the faulty item back to us – unfortunately we cannot despatch replacement or issue refund before the product is returned.

Due to the nature of the products that we sell, it is not always clear whether the fault is in the laptop itself or the accessory. Because of that, we reserve the right to test the product before authorising refund/replacement. If the product is confirmed faulty we will either refund the cost of the product or send replacement.

If the product is found to be in good working order we will only offer refund for goods sent to us within 28 days of initial delivery and in original condition, otherwise we reserve the right to either refund product cost (excluding delivery cost) or post the item back to you. To avoid disappointment, please make sure that the product is faulty before contacting us.

What delivery services do you use?

We use Royal Mail 1st Class Standard, Special Delivery & International signed for. We also Parcelforce Next Day for larger orders.
