| Q:How do I make payment? |

| A:All payments are by paypal only.
Payments need to be made in British Pounds (GBP).
PayPal will do any currency conversion based on the exchange rate at the time of payment.
We cannot guarantee we will still have any stock left if payment occurs more than 7 days after the transaction - if we run out of stock we will refund you via paypal. |
| Q:How do I calculate postage costs? |

| A:In the UK combined shipping is £1.99

(2nd item 1.49 + 2.99p&p - 1.85saving)
(3rd item 1.29 + 2.99p&p - 1.85saving)
(4th item 1.34 + 2.99p&p - 1.85saving)

| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Make sure you pay for all items on a single invoice, otherwise you cannot benefit from combined shipping:
Within UK: pay a single fee of £1.99 no matter how many you win.
Rest of the World: save £1.85 on handling for each extra item purchased. |

| A:If you are bidding on more items do not pay until all items have been combined into a single invoice with the correct price - we will not be able to refund the handling discount for extra items once you have paid. Each separate payment will result in a separate package being sent - eBay doesn't not connect your items together once you have paid. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:In the UK I post standard Royal Mail 2nd class within 2 working days of cleared payment.
International orders typically take 5 to 20 days to arrive. |
| Q:What is your return policy |
|
| A:If there is a problem with the item contact me as soon as you notice the problem and I will replace it or provide a refund.
If you dislike the item then I will refund the cost of the item minus handling costs. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |
|
| A:Yes. My shipping charges may vary for each item and generally I will use standard Airmail. The handling discount is that same as that given above. From experience deliveries can take 5 to 20 days to arrive. You will be responsible for any customs tax charges in your own (non-EU) territory (usually only relevant for larger orders). |
| Q:What is meant by handling costs? |
|
| A:This is the cost of distribution, storage, employing someone to pack and process and send, insurance, transport, time processing queries, general admin and postal costs. Please note that this is quite different than the postal costs alone. |
| Q:Can you leave feedback first? |
|
| A:We're happy to leave feedback first if you request it upon completion of the whole transaction (ie when you've received your goods and contacted us to confirm). Our system will otherwise automatically leave positive feedback once you leave positive. |
| Q:Can you deliver to an alternative address? |
|
| A:We will automatically deliver to the address you provide eBay at the point of checkout, however if you forget to change this before we deliver it you can contact via eBay's messaging (for security) with an alternative address. We are not responsible for missing packages if you provide the wrong address. |
