 Q: What is your return policy?
  A: If an item is returned within 14 days of purchase, it may be returned in the same condition it was purchased for a full refund. If new and in wrapping it must be returned in wrapping for a refund. Postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: Shipping costs will be reduced for multiple items. Please e mail us for costs on the items you are purchasing.
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: Most items are delivered within 3 business days from cleared funds and within 5 working days at the most. E mail us if the parcel has not arrived at this stage and we will track it for you. If the parcel is required next day, we are able to organise this for a small premium on the parcel.
 Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
  A: Individual golf clubs £7.50 Sets of irons £18.50 Shirts and smaller items between £1 and £2.50
 Q: Do you ship internationally?
  A: We do ship internationally. Please e mail us for costs.
 Q: Do you stock more products?
  A: Yes, the products we have in our e bay shop are also the companies we stock in our shop. we have been unable to list all of our stock as we have too many items to list. Please e mail us if you are looking for something we do not have listed.
 Q: Do you offer part exchange?
  A: Yes, our part exchange policy is as follows:- e mail us details of your item with pictures if available and we will give you quote. Once we receive the club we will honour our quote if the club is in the condition stated. We will e mail you if there is a change in the price.
 Q: Are your products straight from the manufacturer.
  A: Yes - where a product is new, we will be an authorised retailer of this company and we will have purchased the goods straight from them. This gives you the guarantee that if you need a back up service, we will be able to contact the manufacturer direct as an account holder.
 Q: Why should I buy from you and not somewhere else?
  A: We are a Professional Shop with an excellent e bay record of satisfied customers who have the confidence to purchase from us again. Our staff are either fully qualified P.G.A. Professionals or in training to become qualified and can offer advice on all products. We also sell our products at competitive prices which are direct from manufacturers.
 Q: How can I pay for my purchase?
  A: It is easier to pay with PAY PAL where you will be protected for purchases up to £500. However, we are able to take credit or debit cards over the phone along with cheques or postal orders. We are also able to accept bank transfers.
