  • ALL of our products come with a reassuring 12 month warranty
  • We cannot provide additional or extensions to the above warranty periods.

About our Products

What does "NEW" mean?

  • "New" means there is an intact manufacturer's seal, and the item is brand new and pristine. We do not open sealed products.
  • Some manufacturers don't put a seal on their product boxes but these are still brand new, pristine, and will be listed as "New".

What does "NEW OTHER" mean?

  • "New Other" it means the product is new and unused, with absolutely no signs of wear.
  • Products listed as “New Other” may have sealed boxes that simply have damage to the outer box, such as tears, dents, compression damage or signs of wear/ageing. The product within the box will be unused, new and pristine.
  • Some ”New Other” products may have been opened simply for inspection and so are no longer sealed and/or may have damage to the outer box, such as tears, dents, compression damage or signs of wear/ageing.The product within the box will be unused, new and pristine.

What does "USED" mean?

  • "Used" have opened boxes and/or the outer box has minor signs of age or wear - so strictly speaking can no longer be called "New".
  • "Used" products might be:

    - aged/end of range stock
    - surplus warehouse stock
    - unwanted customer returns

  • Each and every product is visually inspected to check the product is in great condition and will be:

    - like new
    - may only possess minor signs of handling or use
    - have insignificant cosmetic blemishes at most
    - have all parts/accessories included

  • If the product has missing accessories/parts or has particularly heavy damage to the box, this will be stated in the product listing.
  • If a "Used" product listing states "Heavy box damage", this means the product box will have more significant damage, such as crushing, holes, tears, rips or more prominent label damage. The product within the box will have been deemed undamaged and saleable.
  • Please understand our customer service team are unable to describe the precise condition of each item we sell as our stock is warehoused and they do not have access to these.

What does "REFURBISHED" mean?

  • "Refurbished" products are:

    - previously owned
    - have been data wiped, reinstalled and professionally checked and tested
    - undergone a process of mechanical repair, reworking and/or parts replacement
    - restored to full working order for resale
    - supplied in plain packaging, not the original manufacturer packaging
    - do not contain the manufacturers manual / user guide.

What are GRADE A Refurbished products?

  • "Grade A" Refurbished products:

    - may appear new or possess only minor signs of handling or cosmetic wear
    - supplied in plain packaging, not the original manufacturer packaging
    - do not contain the manufacturers manual / user guide.

What are GRADE B Refurbished products?

  • "Grade B" Refurbished products are:

    - more cosmetically challenged than Grade A
    - possess more noticeable flaws and cosmetic wear
    - include some scratches, scuffs or other forms of cosmetic damage
    - supplied in plain packaging, not the original manufacturer packaging
    - do not contain the manufacturers manual / user guide.

Installation

  • We can install your new appliance on the day we deliver, for most of the UK. Just add a "Note to Seller" at checkout, and we'll send a separate PayPal money request for this service

Remove & Recycle your old product

  • To save you the hassle we can take away and recycle your old appliance, along with any packaging when we deliver your new one. Just add a "Note to Seller" at checkout, and we'll send a separate PayPal money request for this service.

Payment

  • We only accept payment via PayPal.
  • Both our “Buy It Now” and “Auction” listings require immediate payment.
  • Payment is charged to your PayPal account immediately.
  • We currently do not accept payments by debit/credit card, bank transfer, cheque or postal order.
