We accept customer orders (pre-orders) Completed Cross Stitch. Please feel free to contact us for any patterns that you would us to make for you.
Here is how it works.
Step 1. You inform us about the pattern to be made, we communicate via emails to agree upon a price and delivery date of the finished piece
Step 2. We make the piece according to your requirement
Step 3. We list the finished piece at our ebay store, and send you an email notice about the listing
Step 4. You check the item description and pictures, and bid on the item if you are satisfied
Step 5. You pay for the item
Step 6. We ship the cross stitch to you door upon receipt of payment.
***In conclusion, we never ask for deposite for our customer orders (pre-orders), and always sell the finished items through eBay. It is a risk-free process for our customers. So please place your pre-orders with confidence.
