VINTAGE CLOTHING
All our items are laundered (where applicable) and are ready to wear.
We take great care in grading our vintage items and we will list all major defects, however please bear in mind that you are buying a classic vintage item and there may be a small amount of wear.

UK POSTAGE
All orders are posted within 3 working days of payment, using Royal Mail Recorded Signed For. A tracking number will be provided on all orders and a signature will be required on receipt.

OVERSEAS POSTAGE
We post all overseas items within 3 working days of payment, using Royal Mail International Signed For. A tracking number is provided on all orders and a signature will be required on receipt. We are not responsible for any customs charges that may occur.

RETURNS
Refunds will not be given if tags are removed. Please return the item in its original condition and packaging. If not your item will subsequently be posted back to you and no refund given. All returns need to be sent recorded delivery.

FIXED PRICE ITEMS
If you purchased a fixed price item that doesn't fit, has a defect, we're more than happy to offer a refund. Please return your item to us within 14 days of original purchase

AUCTION ITEMS
No refunds will be given on auction-based items, unless there's a fault on our part such as a defect or wrong measurements given in the item description. We'll be happy to offer a refund in this circumstance. Please send item back within 14 days of original purchase.
