All our goods are shipped out the same working day when your order is bought and paid for by 2pm (weekdays only excluding sat-sun and bank holidays.)
Orders are sent out using a signed for Royal Mail account, all prices include VAT where applicable.
We are limited to a 2kg weight and size restriction via royal mail, but we are able to send using 1 of 3 couriers.
Our shipping rates start from weights of 400g due to postage costs being very high under this weight.
If you are after more than 1 item please email us for a combined shipping rate.
We try our very best to make sure goods arrive quickly and safely, But on the odd occasion we will get orders that just do not turn up within an estimated period.
Should this happen please bare a few things in mind before contacting us.
1) How long has it actually been?
Royal Mail work in (Working Days) and do not therefore count Sat-Sun as a day, items must be undelivered for at least 15 working days before being treated as lost or delayed.
2) Have you received a calling card?
Some Postmen do not ever leave calling cards and just take your goods back to the sorting office, we would ask that you ask at your local sorting office if they have anything for you.
3) Ask your neighbours, and check hiding/safe places
Some postmen may leave your goods with a neighbour and not leave a card telling you, others may leave the goods in a safe place or even a place they feel is safe.
4) Contact us after these steps have been taken, we will do our very best to help you.
