All our orders are dispatched the same day when bought and paid for by 2pm, this excludes Sat – Sun and Bank Holidays.
Our default shipping rate is 2nd class but 1st class and next day options are offered.
We try to bring you the best cost effective shipping we can.
Our postage is V.A.T inclusive.

Estimated Delivery Times
2nd class post is an estimated 4-6 working day delivery time
1st class post is an estimated 2-3 working day delivery time
tracked post is an estimated 2-3 working day delivery time
Next Day Tracked is an estimated 1-2 working days (not guaranteed)
Courier 24hr is a next day guaranteed service weekdays only. Orders shipped on a Friday will be with you the following Monday
Service and Area Coverage
2nd class and 1st class covers all of the UK Mainland, Highland, British Isles and N-Ireland.
Courier services are only priced for a UK Mainland destination, any areas outside the UK Mainland will be subject to additional charges. Please email for more information.
We try our very best to make sure goods arrive quickly and safely, But on the odd occasion we will get orders that just do not turn up within an estimated period.
Should this happen please bare a few things in mind before contacting us.
1) How long has it actually been?
Royal Mail work in (Working Days) and do not therefore count Sat-Sun as a day, items must be undelivered for at least 15 working days before being treated as lost or delayed.
2) Have you received a calling card?
Some Postmen do not ever leave calling cards and just take your goods back to the sorting office, we would ask that you ask at your local sorting office if they have anything for you.
3) Ask your neighbours, and check hiding/safe places
Some postmen may leave your goods with a neighbour and not leave a card telling you, others may leave the goods in a safe place or even a place they feel is safe.
4) Contact us after these steps have been taken, we will do our very best to help you.
