What
if I need more information about a
listing?
Please contact me either using the
Ebay message system or via email to
donna@crazicarma-crystals.com. I am
usually at my computer between 10am
and 6pm Monday - Friday and check
for messages several times over the
weekend and will answer all questions
promptly.
Is the item in the listing/photographs
the exact one I will receive?
Yes, all listings/photographs describe/show
the exact item you will receive. In
the tumblestone section you will find
individual listings for up to 6 different
stones of each type to choose from.
Tumblestones are numbered 1 - 6 to
make browsing easier.
What if I want to buy more
than one item? Do you combine postage/shipping?
Please buy the items you want but
do not proceed to pay now for the
individual items. I am always happy
to combine postage/shipping for mutiple
items but because of the widely varying
weights and sizes of items I cannot
use the automated Ebay postage combining
system so you will need to message
me when you've finished shopping to
request a combined postage/shipping
invoice. Once I have calculated the
correct postage/shipping for your
items I will send over a final invoice
for you to pay. Please note that I
cannot combine postage if you have
already paid for items as individual
transactions.
How is postage/shipping calculated?
Can I save money on postage/shipping
by buying multiple items?
All postage/shipping for crystals
requiring boxes including multiple
crystal or mixed crystal/tumblestone
orders is calculated as actual postage
cost + 50p for box/packaging so you
will pay only the actual cost of postage/shipping
+ 50p whatever the size of your order.
Tumblestones are dispatched in Jiffys
and combined postage/shipping for
tumblestone only orders is calculated
as follows;
UK buyers
Buy 1 - 5 stones £1.49
Buy 6-12 stones £1.99
European buyers
Buy 1 - 5 stones £1.49
Buy 6 - 12 stones £1.99
USA/Rest of world buyers
Buy 1 - 6 stones £1.99
Buy 6 - 12 stones £2.99
How do I pay for my items?
Paypal is our preferred payment method
but we do accept payment by personal
cheque and postal order from UK buyers.
Please note that paying by personal
cheque will delay dispatch by 7 days
whilst we await clearance.

How will my order be dispatched?
UK orders.
All UK orders up to a value of £39
are dispatched by First Class post.
Orders with a value higher than £39
or which weigh more than 2kg once
packed are dispatched by Standard
Parcel.
I am always happy to add Recorded
Delivery to First Class dispatched
orders should you require it at an
additional charge of 99p to the quoted
postage cost. Please request this
before paying so I may amend your
invoice.
Special Delivery Next Day is also
available on request. Please contact
me for a cost quotation before paying.
International orders.
International orders up to a value
of £39 are dispatched by Airmail.
Orders with a value higher than £39
are dispatched by either Airsure or
International Signed For depending
on the country.
Dispatch of orders weighing more than
2kg once packed can be arranged using
Parcelforce/other courier. Please
contact me for an individual cost
quotation.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched daily Monday
- Friday. Orders will usually be dispatched
with-in 24 hours of payment. You will
receive an email telling you when
your item has been dispatched.

What happens if my item is
lost in the post?
It does happen occasionally that items
are lost in the post. I always obtain
proof of postage and all items are
dispatched with insurance against
loss. After a reasonable time has
passed, usually 14 days for the UK
and 14-28 days for international destinations
a claim can be made for the loss and
a refund given or if available a replacement
sent.
What happens if my item arrives
broken?
All items are very carefully packaged
and it is very unusual but very occasionally
a stone/crystal will break during
it's journey to you. Stones/crystals
are natural items and sometimes have
invisible internal fractures which
even a minor jolt or the change in
air pressure during airmail transit
will cause a break. If this should
happen I ask that you send a photograph
of the broken item and any damaged
packaging to donna@crazicarmas-crystals.com
and a refund will be arranged.
Do you have a shop? Can I
visit and choose my crystals in person?
I do not have a retail shop but I
am always happy to meet my customers
and have many more crystals for sale
than are listed on-line. Please contact
me if you would like to arrange a
visit.
