      
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt provided that the goods are in a new and unused condition, with the original labels still intact. Items containing human or pet hair will not be accepted.
All postage charges will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or there is an error in the delivery. For your protection, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service with adequate insurance to cover the value of the item, as we regret we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
If the item is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange for the return and issue a replacement.
Once an item has been used we will be unable to refund or exchange unless the item is found by the manufacturer to have a fault owing to defective workmanship or materials.
We understand that we are prone to human error sometimes so if we accidentally send you the wrong item or quantity then let us know within 48 hours of receiving the item and we will replace it for the correct item and refund any postage cost you may have incurred for returning the item to us.

To arrange a refund or exchange please complete our returns form, which you will find attached to the packing slip, and return it along with the item(s) to the address below within 14 days of receipt:

REFUNDS
We aim to process all refunds as soon as the goods are received back into our warehouse. Refunds issued via the original method of payment only.
EXCHANGES
Again we aim to process all exchanges as soon as the goods are received back into our warehouse, however there may be items that we need to transfer in from our stores so please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
In the very rare event that we are unable to supply an item you have paid for, we will contact you by email to cancel the order and provide a full refund immediately via your original method of payment.
