Our delivery charge is just £3.95 for UK orders no matter how many items you order at one time. Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail and we offer a fully tracked service.

Delivery will take 5 working days from receipt of payment.

Overseas
Unfortunately we do not deliver outside of the UK.

How can I track my parcel?
Once your order has been despatched, you will be sent an email with your Royal Mail tracking number and a website link so you can follow the parcel's progress.

What happens if I'm out when my parcel is delivered?
All of our orders are delivered by Royal Mail. If you are not at home when delivery occurs, a card will be posted through your door so you can collect the parcel from your local delivery office.

What if I have a problem with the delivery?
If you have an issue with the delivery or tracking of your order, please email our Customer Service Team at ebay@craghoppers.com and we will happily help.

I have received a parcel but some of the order is missing
Although we always try to send your order in one parcel, sometimes the items may be split into two. Please be assured that you will not be charged for the additional delivery.

My despatch note does not include all the purchases from my order
